"It is possible that a majority stake in Baltikums Draudimas will remain in the hands of the current owners, but selling the shares to a strategic investor, while retaining a blocking stake of 25 percent, is being considered as an option as well," he said. Dvarzeckis added that Baltikums expects to find a strategic investor for the fast-growing Lithuanian insurance company in the first quarter of 2005.
